What data we process and why

Contact form: name, email, company, phone and message, to answer your enquiry. Private area: user profile data (first name, last name, email, phone, language) and company data, to provide the contracted service, plus technical access logs for security.

Legal basis

Consent for the contact form; performance of the contract for the private area; legitimate interest for service security and spam prevention (reCAPTCHA).

Retention

Contact messages are not stored in our database: they are received by email and kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry. Private area data is kept while the account is active and afterwards for the legally required periods.

Recipients

We do not share data with third parties unless legally required. We use processors (hosting, email and SMS delivery, Google reCAPTCHA) with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@meteorologia.dev. From the private area you can download your data and delete your account. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
